Brooke McGivern
MS, CCC-SLP
Brooke McGivern is a full-time member of the TIMS Medical leadership team, is an adjunct professor, and serves patients in the acute care, inpatient, and outpatient rehabilitation settings. She is a three-time recipient of the ASHA ACE Award. She has also received the ASHA Distinguished Early Career Professional (ECP) Certificate and the Tactile Medical Leadership Award and is a graduate of the ASHA Leadership Development Program. She is the cofounder of Servant Leadership and a member of the Dysphagia Research Society (DRS), the National Foundation of Swallowing Disorders (NFOSD), and ASHA SIG 13.
Brooke has presented at the state and national levels and has been a guest on the podcasts Understanding Dysphagia, Speech Path Pod, Lymphedema Podcast, and First Bite. She has been the host and guest speaker for multiple continuing education webinars. Brooke is passionate about improving clinician access to resources for evidence-based practice and leadership development.
